Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.56 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Karari, District- Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant in collusion with one other co-accused person is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 14 years on 20.3.2024 at about 10 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
