Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 476 of 2024, U/S 64(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Gorakhnath, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim/informant at 2.00 pm at some unknown date of July, 2023. He is stated to have video-recorded the said act and had collected certain indecent images of her and blackmailed her to make them viral on social media, as such, kept on sexually molesting her regularly.
