The applicant is stated to have fleeced and fooled the informant on the promise of getting her a job and had taken her to a hotel on 20.8.2024, whereat he spiked her drink and committed rape with her. Somehow, she got herself released from the clutches of the applicant and reached her house and was under fear for two days and got instituted the FIR on 22.8.2024.
