Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Satya Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 406 of 2024, U/S 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Syohara, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. It is stated that the applicant was enlarged on interim bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.11.2024 and the following order was passed: "1. Short counter affidavit has been filed t
