The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.57 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. and Sections 66C & 66D of I.T. Act, Police Station-Cyber Crime, District-Kanpur Nagar. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 9.7.2024 against unkown accused persons stating that the informant had got issued a credit-card of Indusland Bank and fraudulent withdrawals were made from his credit-card when he received a phone-call from a mobile number mentioned in the FIR. 4.
