Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0328 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1), 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 5(tha)/6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Bardah, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 5.
