Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.185 of 2024, under Sections 376AB, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Maniyar, District Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have sexually assaulted the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 9 years, on 17.03.2024 at about 3:00 p.m. by taking her to the agricultural field when she had gone to graze goat. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
