Applicants seek bail in Case Crime No.0162 of 2024, under Sections 333, 70(1), 115(2), 351(2) and 76 B.N.S., Police Station Jaitpura, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that the victim was subjected to aggravated sexual assault by the applicants. 5. There are allegations that the applicants had fingered her and torn off her clothes, thereby outraging her modesty also on 13.07.2024 at about 7:00 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANTS: 6. The applicants are absolutely innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present
