Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 287 of 2024, U/S 127(2), 64(2)m, 115(2), 351(2), 123 B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Karhal, District Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the daughter of the informant is stated to have been enticed away by the applicant and she is stated to have taken away Rs. 2 lakhs cash alongwith ornaments weighing 30 grams from the house. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said off
