Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 04 of 2025, U/S 64(1), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Pakbada, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by fooling her, as he had sent the husband of the victim out of station by truck and admitted his wife to a hospital, therefore, took advantage of her being alone on 1.1.2025 at about 1.00 am. 5.
