Heard Sri Sundeep Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.227 of 2024, under Section 376(3) I.P.C. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Shamli, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant on the suspicion that the applicant might have enticed away his minor daughter, aged about 14 years, on 21.04.2024 at about 4:00 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 6. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The FIR was instituted on the basis of suspicion only. 7. There are no allegations against the applicant in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 161 Cr.
