Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.219 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3), 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Bewar, District Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 15 years, on 23.06.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed and was instituted next day on 24.06.2024 at 6:34 p.m. The victim was retrieved after four days and she has categorically stated in h
