Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 299 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64, 115(2), 351(2) of B.N.S.., Police Station Crossing Republic, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The informant instituted a missing report of his daughter who was missing since 31.08.2023 at about 1 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 7. The applicant is not named in the FIR. His name has come up later on in the statement of the victim recorded u
