Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 243 of 2024, under Sections 376 I.P.C., Police Station Babina, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage. The applicant is stated to have subsequently refused to comply with the said promise. 5. The victim has given an application on similar lines in Madhya Pradesh also. The same has been filed as Annexure-14 to the affidavit. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 6. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence
