Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.423 of 2024, under Sections 61, 87, 64(1), 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station Deoband, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the sister of the informant on 03.08.2024 at about 3:30 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5.
