Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 152 of 2024, U/S 137(2), 87, 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Khampar, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his daughter has been enticed away by the applicant on 6.7.2024 at about 2.00 pm. The victim is stated to have taken away Rs. 35,000/- alongwith her. 5.
