Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.242 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64(2),(5), 127(4) B.N.S., Section 5L/6 POCSO Act and Section 3(2)5 SC/ST Act, Police Station- Nautanwa, District- Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years on 27.7.2024 at about 09:00 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 6. The FIR is delayed by about more than one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caus
