Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.173 of 2024, under Sections 313, 323, 504, 506, 376 I.P.C., Police Station- Govind Nagar, District- Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and had even got her pregnancy terminated. The applicant is even stated to have video recorded the said act, and subsequently, he is stated to have refused to comply with the said promise.
