Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.263 of 2024, under Sections 61(2), 127(2), 64, 351(2) B.N.S. and 67 IT (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station- Afzalgarh, District- Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have abetted and helped the co-accused person in commissioning of rape with the victim.
