Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.295 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376D, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Salempur, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his daughter has been enticed away by the accused person Abhishek Yadav on 24.6.2024. It is also alleged that applicant had helped the said accused Abhishek Yadav in the said act. 5.
