PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The three named and two unknown accused persons are stated to have committed gang-rape with the victim several times by taking her to a hotel. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 6.
