Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.124 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 329(4), 352, 351(2) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Nandganj, District- Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant alongwith one unknown person is stated to have put vermilion to the forehead of the victim and run away on 23.7.2024 at about 03:00 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 6. The FIR is delayed by about more than one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 7.
