Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.315 of 2024, under Sections 64(1) and 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station Kirawali, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up subsequently in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., whereby she has stated that she was raped upon by Manoj and was taken to the house of the applicant, whereby the applicant had also raped her once.
