Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 76 of 2024, U/S 376, 506 IPC, Police Station Madawara, District Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have forcibly taken the victim to an agricultural field and committed rape with her on 12.6.2024 at about 7.30 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
