The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.296 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Antisocial Activity (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Kankarkheda, District Meerut. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged by Incharge Inspector of Police Station against the applicant and one Anuj Kumar alleging that they have formed a gang and are involved in commission of offences. 4. The gang chart attached with the F.I.R. mentions involvement of the applicant in two cases. The applicant's involvement in ten more cases has been disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the application.
