Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 124 of 2024, U/S 65(2), 137(2) B.N.S., 5M/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Bhanwarkol, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 4. The FIR was instituted against unknown persons regarding the missing of the daughter of the informant since 23.8.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
