Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.160 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) I.P.C. and 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Crossing Republic, District- Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 20.5.2024 at about 11:00 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
