Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 134 of 2024, U/S 376, 452, 506 IPC, 5L/6 POCSO Act, 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Belghat, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed indecent act with the victim and had video-recorded the said act and started blackmailing her and thereby committed rape with her by showing a knife at her. Subsequently, the applicant is stated to have made a fake video of her elder sister and made it viral on social media and got the said marriage terminated. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE AP
