Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.636 of 2023 (Session Case No.106 of 2024), under Sections 363, 366, 376(3), 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 103 days and even the application U/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved after a delay of 58 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
