Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 70 of 2023, U/S 376, 377, 385, 504, 506 IPC and 67-A IT Act, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim and committed unnatural offence with her. He is stated to have video-recorded the said act and started blackmailing her and continued the said relationship for a substantial period of time. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
