Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 372 of 2024, U/S 64, 333, 351(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Bisauli, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant on 14.7.2024 at about 4.00 am and had committed rape with her by pointing a knife at her neck.
