This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Haidar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.115 of 2024, under sections 452, 323, 324, 506, 307, IPC & Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Ganj, District Rampur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.03.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge sheet was filed on 27.04.2024 and cognizance was taken by learned Magistrate on 27.05.2024, charges have not been framed till
