The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jitu Alias Jitendra with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 31 of 2024, under sections 302, 404 and 120B I.P.C., P.S. Seohara, District-Bijnor, during pendency of trial. 3. As per the allegations in the FIR lodged on 26.01.2024 at 20:33 hours against unknown persons, the informant resides in Dehradun alongwith his children and his father stayed at the village. On 23.01.2024 at about 03:30 pm, the informant received a phone call from his bhabhi Sudesh informing about death of his father. The informant reached the village alongwith his children on 24.01.2024 at about 07:00 am and got the post mortem conducted after which the FIR has been lodged against unknown pers
