The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.175 of 2024, under Sections 376, 504, 506 IPC and Section 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Kundarki, District Moradabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the daughter of the informant on the false promise of marriage and had video recorded the said act of coitus and had also taken certain indecent photographs of her. After that, he is stated to have made the said photographs and video viral on social media and kept on sexually assaulting her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that
