Heard Sri Marjeet Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.85 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 of POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Babri, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. She is major by her looks and as per ossification test report also, her age has come out to be between 16-19 years. Learned counsel has further stated that the applicant himself is a youth aged about 20 years. It is a clear-cut case of love affair between two youth. 5. Several other submissions h
