The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.857 of 2023, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Tundla, District Firozabad, during pendency of the trial. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 26.10.2023 against applicant, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 120-B IPC and Sections 3/4 D.P.
