Heard Sri Shailesh Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 5. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.87 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Sahar, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. PW-1/victim has been examined during trial and has completely resiled from her earlier statements and has been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring her hostile. There is no likelihood of con
