The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.81 of 2024, under Sections 376(3) IPC, 3/4, 13/14 POCSO Act and Section 67A, 67B IT Act, Police Station- Koirauna, District- Bhadohi with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the daughter of the informant aged about 14 years between 2.11.2023 to 25.1.2024 and had even video recorded the said act and kept on establishing the said relationship for
