By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No.312 of 2024 at Police Station-Uttar, District-Firozabad under Sections 302, 201, 120B IPC. The applicant is in jail since 20.05.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 20.08.2024. The applicant has been identified as the principal offender who committee the offence. The deceased was the husband of the applicant. The applicant was having an extra marital affair which was objected by the deceased. The indecent videos of the applicant was found. The postmortem report corroborates the prosecution
