By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 513 of 2022 at Police Station Thana Bhawan, District Shamli under Sections 364, 302, 201, 34, 120B IPC. The applicant is in jail since 26.12.2022. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 15.05.2023. The applicant has been identified as the principal offender who committed the murder of the deceased. The dead body of the deceased was found at the pointing out of the applicant and other co-accused. The offence is grave. There is likelihood that the applicant had committed the offence.
