FIR of the present case was lodged on 18.11.2024 against two named persons (non applicants) and some unknown persons and according to the FIR, wife of the son of the informant was having illicit relationship with co-accused Sanjay Kumar and only due to this reason, she along with co-accused Sanjay Kumar and her two unknown associates committed the murder of son of the informant on 17.11.2024.
