Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. By means of this application, the applicant, Bahadur Alias Rambahadur, who is involved in Case Crime No. 301 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of IPC and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, and 25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Junawai, District- Sambhal and is in jail since 07.09.2023 is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Umesh Yadav, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 24.10.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 16949 of 2024. He has further submitted that sinc
