This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mahendra @ Lala, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 230 of 2019 under Section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, Police Station-Gulawati, District-Bulandshahar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. First Information Report has been lodged on 25.04.2019 against the applicant and four other co-accused persons. The alleagation against the applicant is of black marketing of food grains. The applicant was neither arrested on spot nor the food grains was recovered from his possession. In the present case charage sheet has already been filed
