The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.327 of 2023, under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Rajghat, District Gorakhpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the daughter of the informant on the pretext of showing her fair on 21.08.2023 at about 7:00 p.m. 5. The victim was retrieved at 5:00 a.m. the next morning. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The applicant is aged about 21 years and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 7.
