The order granting bail to the applicant passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 33737 of 2024 (Babli Urf Balraj Vs. State of U.P.) dated 25.09.2024 was carried in appeal before the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No. 16996 of 2024 (Babita Vs State of Uttar Pradesh and another). The Supreme Court passed the following order:- "1. Leave granted. 2. The husband of the appellant, namely, Tejpal was found murdered with gun-shot injury. This led to registration of FIR No.267/2023 dated 15.11.2023 under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in short, the "IPC") at Police Station Kakor, District Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh. Respondent no.2 was named as one of the accused in the aforesaid case, and he was arrested on 30.11.2023. Chargesheet dated 11.01.2024 was filed by the Investigating Officer under Sections 302/34 of IPC and Sections 3/25
