This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Nipendra Singh Chauhan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 194 of 2024, under Sections 354-C, 354-D, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7/8 of the Protection for Children of Sexual Harassment Act, 2012 and under Section 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station- Afzalgarh, District- Bijnor. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 09.07.2024. He has no criminal antecedent and there is no likelihood of his fleeing from course of justice or tampering with evidence i
