Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 462 of 2024, under Sections 333, 64, 352, 115(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Hafijganj, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have behaved indecently with the daughter of the informant by barging into her house on 8.10.2024 at about 10:30 P.M. On her raising alarm, the other family members are stated to be reached there, whereby the applicant had been beaten by them. 5.
