Heard Sri Mohammad Waseem, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.178 of 2024, under Sections 64, 87, 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Dhanapur, District- Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about five days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim seems to be a consenting party as the applicant is stated to have married her forcibly. The victim is major aged about 18 years. 5. Several other submissions have been made on behalf of the applicant to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against him.
