The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Naveen Alias Nishu Saini seeking bail in Case Crime No.176 of 2024 under Section 8/22/29 NDPS Act, Police Station-Chilkana, District- Saharanpur. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant. From the personal search of the applicant, 4560 Spasmo Promax Plus Capsule is alleged to have been recovered from the back pack of the applicant. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
