Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 27.1.2025. 3. Heard Sri Anand Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.238 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) I.P.C. and 51/6 POCSO Act and 3(2)v SC/ST Act, Police Station- Rasara, District- Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim has not whispered a single word against the applicant in her statement recorded U/s 164 Cr.P.C., as such, it is a clear cut case of false implication. 6. Several other submissions have been made on behalf of the applicant to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against him
